By utilizing advanced molecular cytogenetic technologies, internationally validated kits, and global quality standards, the Molecular Cytogenetics Department of Dr. Daneshbod Pathobiology Laboratory is recognized as one of the most prominent and well-equipped centers for diagnosing chromosomal and genetic abnormalities in malignancies in Southern Iran.
In addition to conventional chromosomal analysis (Karyotyping) on peripheral blood and bone marrow aspirates with High Resolution, this department employs cutting-edge FISH (Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization) and CISH (Chromogenic In Situ Hybridization) techniques for precise diagnosis, prognosis determination, and the selection of Targeted Therapy.
All services are conducted under the direct supervision of Dr. Saadat Nouri (Fellowship in Molecular Pathology and Cytogenetics, Pathologist, and Technical Director of the department), in collaboration with an experienced team of trained specialists.
