Our lab is open from 5:30 AM to 9 PM, Saturday to Wednesday. On Thursdays, we're open from 5:30 AM to 6 PM. Please note that we are closed on Fridays and public holidays.

For registration, you will need a doctor's prescription or insurance tracking code, along with a national ID card or photo ID. The insurance must belong to the person being tested, and identity verification will be done at the time of sample collection

It is recommended to schedule your visit to the lab so that the sample collection occurs just before the next feeding. For example, if your baby is fed every four hours, the sample should be taken three and a half hours after the last feeding.

No, you can register on the day of your visit. However, to speed up the registration process and reduce wait times, you can complete your registration online 48 hours before your visit.

The ideal time is between 7 AM and 10 AM. Please avoid exercise and physical activity before the test. The fasting period should not be less than 8 hours and should not exceed 12 hours.
Some tests need to be done at specific times of the day. For information about these tests, you can call the lab directly and speak to the operator.

No, fasting is not necessary, but please avoid consuming fatty foods before the test.

Urine samples must be submitted to the lab within 1 hour after collection. If a stool sample cannot be delivered within 30 minutes, it should be kept in the refrigerator.
If the stool sample is suspected of containing blood, it must be delivered to the lab immediately.

1. Discard the first morning urine and note the time. Collect all subsequent urine in the designated container until the same time the next day.

2. Avoid unnecessary medications (consult your doctor if needed).

3. Maintain normal fluid intake.

4. Take the urine container from the lab, as specific tests may require special containers and conditions prior to collection.

5. Use a clean, dry cup to transfer the urine into the container; do not pour directly.

6. Keep the urine container cool during the collection period

some times, a test need a redo in order to confirm the result and more evaluation.

In some cases, yes. Certain routine check-up tests can be requested personally without a doctor’s prescription. However, most clinical tests do require a doctor’s order and should be done under their supervision.
